Sweat Sanctuary Retreats presents its attendees with the unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself on the most sacred level. Give yourself permission to remove the various hats you wear in your daily life to practice self-care, and work on the most important relationship in your life – the one you have with yourself.

We believe sweat is the highest form of purification. Sweat Sanctuary Retreats is rooted in the ritual of sweat, healing, and humanity.
